Ann Monson Dibb (born June 30, 1954) was the second counselor to Elaine S. Dalton in the general presidency of the Young Women organization of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from 2008 to 2013. Dibb was born Ann Frances Monson and is the daughter of Thomas S. Monson and Frances Johnson Monson. She received a bachelor's degree in Education from Brigham Young University. She married Roger Dibb and has been a full-time homemaker in raising their four children. Among other LDS Church positions, Dibb has served as a member of the general board of the Young Women organization and as a ward Relief Society president. == References == *(“Ann M.
